About Virtual Minds
Senior expertise.
Embedded in the reality of work.
Virtual Minds is a founder-led consultancy that redesigns complex workflows around measurable outcomes. We help organisations determine what AI should do, what must remain under human judgement, and how decisions, controls and interactions should operate across the complete service.
Our approach combines Human Factors Engineering, contextual research, cognitive task analysis, workflow and service design, AI product strategy, information architecture, prototyping and evaluation. Priority environments include utilities, life sciences, telecommunications and other regulated or high-consequence services.
Christian Fradet
Founder · AI Workflow Strategy & Human Factors
Christian leads every engagement directly, working close to the people and operations involved. He contributes hands-on to research, product direction, workflow redesign, human–AI responsibility, information architecture, UX/UI, prototyping, evaluation and delivery.
Our principle
Begin with the outcome—not the existing process.
Current workflows often reflect yesterday’s technical and organisational constraints. We uncover why the work operates as it does, preserve the knowledge and safeguards that matter, and challenge the steps, approvals and handoffs that no longer need to exist.
Our role
Design the operational system around the technology.
Technical implementation alone cannot decide who may act, who remains accountable, what evidence is sufficient or when a human must intervene. Virtual Minds defines that operating logic and turns it into workflows, service blueprints, prototypes and implementation direction that technical teams can build.
